Nowadays, there are various "StarMaker" talent search shows on TV in the world. They specialize to any kind of things to find the best ones; like the best dancer, the best singer, the best performer and so on. During the competition thousands(!!) of talented people are auditioned and finally they pick only one person who wins the show and gets a 1 million pound recording contract with Syco production company. The newest craziness has reached Hungary also with X-Factor.
So, the goal is given, to win and be famous with your talent and millions of TV viewers will be proud of YOU.

I don't get it. X-factor is something like "Csillag születik", doesn't it? And it's on the same channel... I've already switched from tv to Korean series like "Yi San".

Yeah, it is the same as all of those crazy talent search shows like "Megasztár" or "Csillag születik", etc, however it is held in various countries. So there will be more X- factor winners around the world. 49 exactly this year.
